Well said Priyank. Sometimes it happens that we even don't know that the idea we have implemented for our day to day work could be patented. The best way is to check on google patent site as mentioned in my last note and search for your correct info. Sometimes if you think on the sameline you can really click new idea. So never ever let your idea die and keep on thinking till you get something really cool stuff to be patented. I would say keep your self abreast is the best way. With Regards

Filing patent is not as tough as it look's to be, you just have hit the problem with a right solution. Just by looking around, the day to day living, one can identify various problems. Any innovative solution can be an Idea for patent. Idea for patent, as i said, is true. One need not have an practical solution to an issue, just an Idea is enough at times. Ex. one of the recent filed patents is titled "Diapers for Birds". Solid idea, we must have thought bout it, but never really thought that it can be patented. So what are you waiting for, look around for the ideas and come up with innovative solutions ! Happy Hunting ;)
